The almost ten-kilometre circular trail offers beautiful views at striking points. The specially installed benches not only offer a beautiful view of the village of Sulz, but also of the Rhine plain with the Vosges and Kaiserstuhl mountains. The name of the trail is derived from its shape and was initiated in 2021 by the Sulz district and the town of Lahr, in cooperation with the Black Forest Association, by the "Sulzer Heimatgut" association.

Start and finish is at the children's playground at Dinglinger Matte near the cemetery

The hike begins at the start board at the Dinglinger Matte playground and leads past the Ernethof to the Untere Dammen, along the Breisgau wine trail to Eichberg, via the road to Bühl and Bachstraße back to the town hall.
